• All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service price, which must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Payment can be taken over the phone with a credit card or in-person.
• If the cancellation policy is violated 3 separate times, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the service price for all future appointments. The remaining 50% will be due at the time of service.
• All no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the service price, which must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. If you do not show up to your appointment, you must pay a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the service price for all future appointments. If you no-show for an appointment that has a deposit, the remaining 50% balance of the service price must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. If you no-show 3 times or no-show and fail to pay the appropriate fees, you will be banned from booking any future appointments.
• Clients are considered late 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment time and must reschedule their appointment, unless the slot after their appointment is available. Clients who show up late and do not reschedule their appointment must pay the 50% cancellation fee. You MUST call the salon if you feel that you are running late.
• You must inform the esthetician BEFORE your service if you have had ANY changes in your health, prescription medications, skin care regimen, etc. since you last filled out an intake form. If there have been any changes, you must fill out a new intake form. The esthetician is not responsible for any damages to the skin caused by any changes that have not been brought to her attention.
• The esthetician is not responsible for any breakouts or reactions that occur after the wax or a failed lash lift or brow lamination service due to improper aftercare.
• You may receive a bikini/Brazilian wax while on your period; HOWEVER, you MUST be wearing a tampon or menstrual cup during the service. Otherwise, the service cannot be performed due to the risk of blood born pathogens. Tampons are provided to clients who need them. Clients on their period who refuse to wear a tampon or menstrual cup must reschedule their appointment. Cancelled appointments for this reason will incur the 50% cancellation fee.
• The “Maintenance Brazilian” price ($50) is reserved only for those clients who have received a Brazilian and pre-book their next service within the next 4-6 weeks. If a Maintenance Brazilian service is cancelled or isn't rescheduled within 4-6 weeks of the previous wax, the price will revert to the full price Brazilian ($55).
• Children who cannot be restrained in a stroller or carrier are not allowed in the treatment room per the esthetician’s insurance policy and cannot be left unattended in the salon, so please set up childcare before your appointment. Infants and small toddlers who can be restrained are welcome.
• The esthetician has the right to refuse any individual who is not receiving a service entry to the treatment room.
